Building a sticky anything involves you… involving other people. It has to be intentional.
A sticky community involves letting go; letting others step up. I was told at one point by a leader that, when we delegate, others may never do it as ‘well’ as we do. We will have to be okay with that… if we choose to be successful.
How could your community become more intentional about being crazy glue?

and i agree with u about the delagte thing, if we dont challenge others they wont step out of their comfort zone, or “let go”,
thats a big thing that i like about you evan,
you help me to step out,
ie: when you told me i was going to lead youth one night, u pushed me, and i did it, with oout that delegation who knows ….
