    Honestly, I think I blamed Heather at first, before I realized the culprit. Just being honest.

    Okay, here’s the deal. I gave Sippi a bath, oh, about a month ago. Scrubbed her good. Filled the tub with water in order to get her good and wet, because she kept avoiding the cup that I was pouring over her. It’s always a fight… ya know? Anyway, yesterday, I walk into the bathroom… (by the way, this is our second bathroom, not that I’m making excuses, but yeah) …. So last night I walk in to give Sippi a bath. I open the curtain and see a very full, stagnant, smelly, muddy, gross, full tub of water. First thought… “what is Heather doing?” Second thought…. “oh yeah…..” I mean seriously, what was I thinking? How did I not empty the tub?

    I am not really sure how it happened, but no matter, it gave me a thought about how we are as humans. We tend to have the drain available to get rid of the stagnant water or waste in our lives, yet we still keep it plugged up. We keep accumulating more and more dirt and grime into the tubs of our lives and we won’t let it go. I think we will let ourselves get halfway cleaned up by God, but how often do we let the dirty water out of the stinkin’ tub? Get rid of what God’s already cleaned up.

    Dirty water. Drain it!! DRAIN IT!
