     •they reinvent themselves intentionally
     •they don’t execute new ideas prematurely
     •they have created a sticky community
     •they value loyalty and prove it
     •they don’t make assumptions of impossibilities
     •they create products that amplify your individuality
     •they don’t sell their products for less than they’re worth
